Returns & Refunds


If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we’ll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. Please read our return policy to ensure the item is returnable.

All returns for exchange or refund must be returned within 14 days from receipt date, be in new condition and include original product packaging unopened. The Manufacturer’s packaging must be clear of writings or markings. Do not use the manufacturer’s product box as the shipping container.

Please contact us at within 14 days from the date your package arrives for your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Return all RMA items via ground shipping to the following address: 5880 Fair Isle dr. 222, Riverside, CA, 92507 with a copy of the invoice.

The customer is responsible for the shipping charges to send the item back.

We will be glad to refund or exchange undamaged and unused items with no restocking fee within 14 days from the date of item received. Refund for product only, no shipping fee refund.


The customer is responsible for the shipping charges to send the item back, and reship a new item charge will be deducted from customer’s refund or exchange.

For item exchanges TechPro Racing must wait to ship your product until the original item has been returned.


Credit card refunds are credited back to the card used for the original purchase.


TechPro Racing will replace incorrect items and pay return shipping charges. TechPro Racing will reimburse standard ground shipping rates only.


If you receive a shipment that has been damaged or is missing parts that you ordered, please email us to and report the damaged or missing contents. Please do not ship the products to us until instructed. It is very important to keep the packaging materials that the shipment arrived in. UPS will not honor any claim if the shipping materials have been discarded. All claims are paid to the shipper; we will settle the claim with courier.


There are no refunds or exchanges on clearance and closeout items.


TechPro Racing is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages and we suggest that you insure the returned package(s) through the carrier. We cannot process refunds on damaged items; damaged items will be returned to the customer via ground shipping.

Before sending any item(s), you must email us to get prior authorization, regardless of reason, to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

TechPro Racing cannot accept returned merchandise without an RMA.

Parts that have been installed (or damaged while attempting to install) and/or used in any manner will not be accepted for return.

Exchanges or manufacturers defect are acceptable.
